Questions, answered

Does one license cover staging and dev?

Yes. Production, staging, development and test for the same project all count as one site.

What is the difference between Annual and Lifetime?

Both give you the full plugin. Annual includes a year of updates and support and renews yearly; Lifetime is a single payment with updates and support forever, no renewals.

Can I move a license to another site?

Yes, you can change a license’s domain. A short cool-down between activations prevents abuse.

Do I pay VAT / sales tax?

DriftSync Pro is sold through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which calculates and collects the correct VAT or sales tax at checkout and remits it for us. EU businesses can enter a valid VAT ID to have VAT reverse-charged (0% at checkout). UK businesses are charged UK VAT even with a VAT number: Paddle bills EU and UK customers from its UK entity, so a UK sale is domestic and doesn’t qualify for the cross-border reverse charge, though a VAT-registered business can reclaim it on its return. Customers elsewhere are charged the tax that applies to their location. How Paddle handles VAT.

How do I download the plugin and invoices?

After purchase you receive an email with login details to the wp-dreams customers portal to download the latest version; invoices are available anytime via Paddle.
